TERMS OF SERVICE POLICY:

Guestbooks, tributes, messageboards and email are provided and maintained as a courtesy to visitors of Heintzelman Funeral Homes, Inc. and it's divisions, by MS Snyder Consulting, for the convenience of conveying your comments and/or suggestions. Posting of offensive language, harassment, threats, and links to commercial websites for the sake of advertising, is expressly forbidden. MS Snyder Consulting reserves the right to edit and/or delete all posts/submissions that it deems falling into these categories. MS Snyder Consulting reserves the right to charge an Administration fee for editing/deleting each entry in the amount of $275 USD per incident/entry, payable within ten (10) business days of notification of such fee.

Should you fail to compensate MS Snyder Consulting as set forth herein, we will understand that you have indicated your intention to make use of our corporate internet resources without permission and without compensation to us. You are advised that this may result in criminal prosecution. Unauthorized use of corporate computer resources, including but not limited to internet resources, is a federal crime pursuant to US CODE TITLE 18, PART I, CHAPTER 47, ¶1030; US CODE TITLE 15, CHAPTER 7, ¶278g-3; US CODE TITLE 47, CHAPTER 5, SUBCHAPTER II, ¶227

MS Snyder Consulting reserves the right to recover costs for any legal fees or other costs incurred while dealing with each incident. A 25% monthly service charge will be assessed to cover collection charges on invoices unpaid after 14 days. Unpaid invoices will be passed to a collection agency for collection.

CHOICE OF LAW:

This Agreement shall be construed and controlled by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The laws of the State of Pennsylvania will govern any dispute arising hereunder. The User agrees to personal jurisdiction by the State and Federal courts of the State of Pennsylvania.
